Q. Return policy   

A. Please note we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. If your goods however are damaged or defective as a result of our manufacturing or delivery methods we are happy to refund or exchange your goods providing the necessary proof of purchase and other information requested by us is supplied. A. You will receive a notification message via email confirming your purchase.

Q. How do I know it is safe to shop with you?

A. Our store is powered by shopify which is a secured e-commerce platform. All transactions and payment details are facilitated and housed according to shopify's standard policies and practices.

Q. How are my purchases shipped?

A. Our items are shipped via Australia post.

Q. How long does delivery take?

A. As we use Australia post standard delivery shipping, please allow up to 10 business days for metro delivery. Regional areas and interstate will vary in delivery time.

Q. How much does delivery cost?

A. Delivery will be charged based on the weight of your total order. The general price guide is as follows:

Up to 500g - $9

Up to 1kg - $11

Up to 3kg - $14

Up to 5kg - $17

 

 Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. As we are a family business currently based in Sydney, Australia we are currently unable to ship internationally.
