If your goods however are damaged or defective as a result of our manufacturing or delivery methods we are happy to refund or exchange your goods providing the necessary proof of purchase and other information requested by us is supplied. A. As we use Australia post standard delivery shipping, please allow up to 10 business days for metro delivery. Regional areas and interstate will vary in delivery time.
Q. How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery within Australia is $9 for all orders under $50 and free for orders $50 and above.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. As we are a family business currently based in Sydney, Australia we are currently unable to ship internationally.
